Shipping policy

WE SHIP ACROSS THE COUNTRY. FOR DETAILS, REFER TO OUR BELOW MENTIONED SHIPPING POLICY -

For Domestic Orders, we ship via Delhivery. Once your order is ready it takes 3-4 days to dispatch.It is usually delivered within 3-7 days. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email/text. 

Day-to-day business is not being conducted on Sunday as its a non operational day for our team

Return / Cancellation Policy -

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective when you received it. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@theorbyhouse.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
